  • Are TrappednLuXe products sold at any other retailers?
    Yes! TrappednLuXe products are sold at H-E-B stores in Houston, Texas.
  • I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
    Due to COVID-19, we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines. What does this mean for you? Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 3-5 business days** **Due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. We will notify you as soon as your order ships with a confirmation email and tracking number.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes! You can cancel for a full refund any unshipped orders.
  • What method is used for shipping?
    All packages are shipped via USPS.
  • How can I get in touch with your customer service team?
    For customer service inquiries only, please E-mail TrappednLuXe@gmail.com or online chat during office hours. We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches.
  • Do you offer returns?
    All sales are final!** We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, TrappednLuXe reserves the right to refuse all returns. **In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.
  • I am an international customer (outside USA). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
    All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by TrappednLuXe . We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No, but by setting up an account, you become a TrappednLuXe account you have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
  • Do you ever do discounts or giveaways?
    Yes! Keep an eye out for any promotional opportunities.
  • What happens if the item I've ordered is out of stock?
    All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible or simply refund you.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
  • Is my privacy and personal information secure in your site?
    All payments accepted on the site are processed by PayPal, and as such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
  • How do I use discount codes within your site?
    Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 'discount code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped.
  • Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
    Our products are 100% cruelty free, steering clear of animal testing. However, our producs contain beeswax, therefore are not certified vegan, but are vegan friendly.
